Bridging the Distance webinars model best practices for virtual meetings

Our “Leading Effective Virtual Teams” and “Planning and Running Great Virtual Meetings” webinars are more popular than ever, especially with the rising cost of business travel and telecommuting. Both webinars practice what they preach by demonstrating tips for engaging virtual participants, while providing rich content—before, during and after the webinar. Said one recent participant: “I have been involved in webinars and this was by far one of the more interactive ones from an instructor/ participant perspective.” Another added: “Thanks for leading a meeting that delivered and surfaced a number of tips  and best practices that can be put immediately into action.”  See a sampling of tips for virtual team leaders, or find out more about the series.  “Nancy recommended many new activities for bringing employees and customers closer together, which were successfully implemented. Among them: the inclusion of employees in our customer visits programs; helping our organization become better at listening to customers; and translating business strategy presentations into meaningful messages for our employees. Nancy would provide high-quality initiatives to any organization that needs help in achieving greater customer loyalty through better listening and communications.”
